Eurobest announces its Grands Prix, Special Awards and Young Creatives Competition winners for 2024

Eurobest Creativity Report is released with rankings and insights from across the Awards

Eurobest, celebrating Europe’s most groundbreaking creativity, has announced the Grands Prix, Special Awards and Young Creatives Competition winners during its Awards Show. From a total of 2528 entries, 228 pieces of creative work have been awarded across 18 markets, representing the European benchmark in creative excellence for 2024. Among the winners were CHINA, Madrid, Spain, being awarded for the first time at Eurobest, taking home the Film Grand Prix with ‘Chess’, for Sitges - International Fantastic Film Festival of Catalonia.

The Eurobest Creativity Report, a key benchmark for creative excellence across Europe, has been released today. Alongside its much anticipated rankings, the Report provides in-depth commentary on key trends and themes identified by the Juries during their deliberations. Among the standout trends are Fresh takes on familiar issues, celebrating innovative approaches to well-known challenges. Another trend, Economics 101, highlighted how brands are encouraging smarter, more efficient consumption, focusing on environmental benefits and cost-savings for budget-conscious consumers. The power of humour also shone through in the themes of Wit works wonders, demonstrating its ability to enhance brand visibility, and, Humanising health, where gentle humour, creative analogies and authentic storytelling emerged as impactful tools for addressing physical and mental health. The Eurobest Young Creatives Competition gives emerging talent the chance to gain recognition within the industry and make their mark across Europe. The 2024 Integrated Competition welcomed 217 teams from 26 markets, the largest cohort and highest number of markets represented in the competition’s history. Teams created an integrated campaign in response to a brief set by Salvamento Marítimo Humanitario. The campaign focused on raising awareness of the NGO and its efforts to defend the rights of migrants and refugees, and to increase the number of members who will show their support for the right to mobility.
