Nicky was the first creative woman to be named Chairwoman of a UK Marketing Agency. Later becoming European Chair, as well as one of AdAge’s Leading Women in Europe. She has featured in the Financial Times HERoes list 3 times, is a multi-awarded writer across almost every discipline and medium, as well a regular judge on international and local awards juries.

Nicky leads the creative output of MullenLowe UK, and describes herself as a creative activist, having led and created work for some incredible organisations such as UN Women, the domestic violence organisation NoMore and Women for Women International. And in February this year, delivered her OutrAGE speech at the United Nations, calling out ageism in the industry and the work it puts into the world.
